Called me on 11/30/15 at 7:31 and 8:54 PM Central time.  Just said "wireless caller".  These trashy callers don't care that I'm on a "Do not call" list.

No they do not, nor do they understand what that means. That list doesn't mean all your junk calls are going to stop, which should tell you what you are getting is likely just that. It applies to honest businesses only, not scammers, debt collectors, political calls, fundraisers, or surveys. Keep ignoring unknown calls in all ways for eventual progress.

This number called us tonight at 7:42. Didn't answer, and no message left.

Called today2:55, wireless caller. Answered as similar to a relative's number. No one answered
