Spam! They said offer me 100$ Walmart gift card

I'm getting phone bombed by a Money Scam system and this is one of many numbers they are using, If they leave a message they don't speak good english, hard to understand what company name they are using, don't answer or call back, not worth your time.

This No English speaking man call me saying I might  qualify for $1,000 loan but first he had to check my credit he told me to go online give my information hit submit but I knew it was a scam so I didn't do it I hung up on him he called me back about three times on the third time I answered he said ok lets start over I said thank you sir but I'm not interested you have a good day hun hung up he called back was very rude and I said the joke is on you and hung up.

I recently changed my phone number and apparently the joker who had the number before me was a deadbeat and burned every loan shark organization known to man, my phone rings 100 times a day from these various groups and despite telling them it isn't me who owes them money they just laugh and call back again 5 minutes later. Our regulatory agencies are powerless to stop them since they are all offshore and spoof most of the numbers they use to call. I have changed my number again in the hopes that whoever had this new number before me had the good sense to not use unscrupulous usury law violators to borrow money.   Good luck to anyone else who is in the same boat.
