WHO IS THIS PERSON

This guy is a whack job and will not stop calling me at work!

This person will not stop calling and harassing me.

Debt collector. Really rude! Asked if I had an alternate number and I said no. I wanted to set up a payment plan but he didn't let me! That really makes no sense to me. If they really want their money why wouldn't they just take my phone number and set up a payment plan?

These guys are rude!  Very ineffective in attempting to resolve the situation.  Offered to participate in a payment plan, they refused.  They called my 83 year old widowed mother in law and asked to speak to her dead husband.  They called my parents after having my contact information. Jake Thomas was the rep.  Totally unprofessional and abusive.
