Got a call from Stella Cruz today. Called back and talked to "Paul" funny thing was the guy in cube next to him kept saying his name was Paul too, made me suspicious. Told me I owed $2000 for an apartment lease that I never signed. Told him to F off. I wanted more info so I called back and actually got Stella. She hung up on me! So I called back until she answered. She told me that she had a photocopy of the lease I supposedly signed. Told her I would call the leasing office and find out what's going on to which she told me they wouldn't help me because it's her account now,bla blah, blah. They are extremely rude and I will record my next call to her so I can prove they are breaking the law by harassing people on false terms. I'm also sending a certified letter to cease contact or I will file charges for false debt collection. She threatened that if I didn't call her back in 24 hours that she would report this to the credit bureaus. They obviously make all their money based on how much they collect. They think they can scare people into payment.

I recieved a message on my cell phone. I returned the call and she (Sela Cruz)  asked me my name I asked who she was looking for and she stated my madien name but the voice mail was for my married name. I asked her what this was reguarding and she said are you blah blah blah. I told her I've delt with identity theft before and  I needed to know who she was and why she was calling all she would say is i have a decison to make and I will make it with or with out you. I asked her reguarding what exactly? She hung up on me. I continued to call for the next 10 minutes. No answer so i finally left her a voicemail stating that I was wanting to inquiry if it is their business practice to be rude and hang up on people. I told her I do not give any information out to whom I do not know. So she would need to call me and leave a message as to who she is, whom she works for and what this is reguarding if she couldnt meet me half way I couldnt answer her questions.

Stella Cruz continues to call my house, almost on a daily basis asking for my daughter's number.
I do not give out her number to anyone that will not tell exactly what and why they are calling.

We have experienced these annoying calls in the past.

IF she is a debt collector why haven't we received anything from whatever or whoever it is
That money is supposedly owed??????? Also IF money is owed they should have her number
On file.

I do not like the sound of this.

Siela Cruz called me today, shes VERY RUDE. Ill be contacting someone at the FBI or FTC about her.

"John Peters" called my line and stated he was going on record as needing to "make an important decision today regardless of whether or not her spoke with me."
He did not know jack about me but he knew what bank I bank at!!!  That is what is scaring me!!!!
