Bad accent with hard to understand English and claims to be calling from the United States - as you all knows that's a lie.  Claims to be calling regarding Internet Protocol and wants to give me a number to help me on my problems.  I have no problems.  Told her that I know it's a scam and she said no it's not and wants to help me. I had to laugh and she wanted to know why I didn't want her to help me.....finally just hung up and blocked number.

I get calls from her and some other guy all the time using different names and for different reasons. The last call was for a survey about how many smoke detectors I have. Next time they call I'm going to answer "You're on the air. So do you have a question for todays guest Agent Johnson Director of Phone scams for the FBI."
