2AM SMS spam messages about Target

Got a text saying I won a $1000 Target gift card at 3:33am!!!!-------- "Your entry in our drawing WON you a FREE $1,000 Target Giftcard! Enter "813" at www.target.com.bdez.biz to claim it and we can ship it to you immediately!" -WTF?!? Do something about this stupid authorities. All those taxes I paid last year, put a small percent to tracking down these useless POS people and just shoot them in the head and leave them to rot in H3LL.
