I keep getting calls from this number and a unknown number but it is always the same group.

I just received another call from this number with no one leaving a message. It is problem the same people trying to ask about mu timeshare

The idiots keep calling my fax machine.

These people have been calling almost daily for about a month. I have asked them many times to stop calling and to take me off the list which they say they will but they continue to call.

This is Backbone Commun. At least that is what comes up on my caller ID. I have had it with these people. They called a total of 5 times yesterday. I answered each time and asked them very politely not to call me back. I finally blew a fuse when they called back a 6th time at midnight. Waking me up from a dead sleep. After going off on them, they hung up on me. I decided to call them back to speak to a supervisor. I blew another fuse when he told me that he had no control over the phone call and what time they called out, but that he would make sure I got put on the no call list. I hung up from that thinking that it wouldn't happen again. Well I guess you won't believe it but they called back again this evening at 7pm. That person also got a piece of my mind but I'm sure that they will call again. I will be putting them on my personal blocked #'s through my phone service. I don't know what else to do. Can we report them to the BBB?
