I keep getting calls from this number and I don't know what they want and I don't want them to call back

Call several times a day for husband.  Will not say who they are with only that it is a courtesy call or there is no one on the line.  We are on do not call list.  Try to call back always busy.

They called me and ask if I lived where I lived. Then they hung up. Then line is always busy.

Called my phone number asking for my mom by name. They even had our address. I kept saying you have the wrong phone number and then they hung up.
