Scam!  Spoofed number. Caller had a strong accent wanting to help with my windows computer. Told him "I have no Computer" but he wanted to help anyway.
Number is now blocked as well as the area code.

Received another call which I took. SCAM ARTISTS! Say they are calling from Windows regarding my computer! DON'T BELIEVE THEM! They want to take control of your computer and thus your personal information!
