Yep, got one just now at 3:36pm on a pay-per-minute cellphone. So I hung up quickly to save money, Robocall tried to interest me with "overpaying for auto insurance". This is a triply illegal call in Indiana: robocall, telemarketing to do-not-call, telemarketing to cellphone. Location: "NANPA: Assigned Columbus, Indiana (Ameritech Indiana)" However, another unwanted call site lists it as "Charlestown, Indiana". Both towns are in southern Indiana on or near I-65. Got one as voicemail on my pay-per-minute cellphone.  Call lasted four seconds, and there was no message.

Did not answer cause I was at work, but this is a new one for me. Robo call or scammer or bill collectors now have phone numbers in my area code that look like local calls? Never answering my phone again for unknown calls. Period!

Is your phone number between (000) 000-0000 and (999) 999-9999? It is? Computers using voip can call millions of numbers a day. they will at some time get to you. Also, with a prepaid phone, you have someone's old phone number.
