says calling from Microsoft calls very frequent  wants access to your computer from another country will argue with you that something is wrong with your computer calls all hours of night and day.

Called at 9AM. I did not answer. No message was left. I just blocked the entire 810 area code.

RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING CALLS, BUT DID NOT ANSWER:      ID  SHOWS    ( DIR ASST MI)  810-555-0164;  313-555-0119.      DIR ASST CA  4155550128;  909-5550173.   DIR ASST  UT 4755550130.      

id shows directory assist Mich.....Person says "This is Alex. I'm calling about your home computer".  I said "Alex, what about my home computer?  What about it, Alex".  He hung up.
How to stop these calls?
