Some guy used a 314 area code number (St. Louis area) - said his name was Richard Blackburn - who said there was a legal matter to be filed in 24 hours that "could result in garnishment or a judgment" me. Computer-read "case number". Gave a 810 (Michigan) area code to call or I could "press 1 for immediate assistance". Let the call go to voice mail. I mean, how obvious a scam is this? Anyone else have any info on this joker?
