Called left no message. Just listen for a few seconds.

They call twice a day or more but no one is ever there except for the sounds of hushed voices so more than likely is telemarketer or a ghost debt collector.  My guess is there computer system routes calls to whoever is not active at their call center even if they are on break or not so that is why you hear open microphones in a call center.
