Confused caller first claimed to work for Hilton then claimed to work for RCI, then hung up mid-sentence.

Caller claimed to be from Hilton and said there were a lot of complaints and are now offering a special when I said I didn't think we were doing any vacations soon he just hung up.  (Michigan Call was what showed up on the ID)  When you try to call back number isn't valid.

Called Hilton Honors and they said they don't call clients and reported the call.

Called, long pause, no one answered, and then a recording said, Good Bye, and the call ended
