Caller ID was "Brighton."  Presumed telemarketer.

I attempted to answer, just to hang up, but they hung up first.

I really don't care that 'charities' are exempt from the DNC list I won't donate to any phone solicitor.

I don't answer just city and state calls that show up in the caller ID.

This number calls every day, never leaves a message.  Rob Call or very aggressive scammers.
