I got the same scam call.
I have heard that the scam is, if you say "yes", they record it, and use that as proof of consent for some other service!!

"Heather" sure gets around. She called me from Tupper Lake, NY two days ago, Omaha, NE yesterday, and now Michigan today. I didn't answer. I only know it was "her" every time because I traced the number.
