This # and several other spam #s all originate from one guy with several entities. Orsolits Christopher, http://www.bizapedia.com/fl/STAFFORD-LOAN-SOLUTIONS-LLC.html www.staffordloansolutions.com www.betterlifecredit.com, these guys use # spoofing and several other activities to avoid the Do Not Call List claim. Asking them to remove your from their "list" does no good, reporting them to www.donotcall.gov does no good either.

I finally got tired of seeing the number repeatedly calling me so I answered. It was someone from the scamming/harassing student loan debt forgiveness place. Seeing as how I had repeatedly emailed them back to remove me from their system, as well as told them over the phone more than once, I proceeded to rip the guy a new a**. I haven't received any calls since but this is the same way it went before when I ripped someone a new one - no calls for awhile then they started in again.

Received a call from this number with folks claiming to be providing student loan forgiveness.  They claim they are USFLCC, working with the US Department of Education and I was pre-selected for this one-time instant offer to forgive student loans.  They require a birth date, student aid PIN, and social security number to verify your identity.  The offer was a too-good-to-be true offer at $39 per month for 300 months, which I then became suspicious.

I was transferred to a supervisor.  I was not about to give my identification info, so I asked for them to email me the contract that I would be bound by to review, and give me a number that I can call them.  They stated that if I don't accept the offer given while on the phone, the offer is void.

I hung up.

Do not take the call.  Go to http://www.consumerfinance.gov/newsroom/cfpb- ... t-relief-scams/
