Got the call and didn't pick up. He called a second time and I did. It was my Marine friend from Iraq. Pick up when this number calls!

I missed a phone call yesterday from this phone and when I called back it was Hawaii dispatch. I assumed it was a from a Marine friend in Hawaii. But when I checked my voice mail I got a message from a friend in Afghanistan. I was so upset I missed his call. I always tell him to call back because I will be sitting by the phone. I wonder if they only get one phone call?

I got a call around 1PM Eastern Time. It was my daughter in Iraq calling. She had just gotten off work (8PM - her time)...
If you get a call with that number and you have a loved one there, answer it: It's them calling you.
God bless them all. I hope they all come back safely.

It was my special friend in Iraq calling from a satellite phone. I'm so glad I got to here his voice! Can't wait till you get home...stay safe

Got a call this morning with this 808 area code.  I almost hung up thinking also it was a telemarketer.  It turned out it was our step-grandson calling from Iraq.  He said it was a satellite phone.  He is in the Air Force.  It was a near miss that I picked up the phone.
