i get a call from this number who is it?

My son is in afghanistan. I got two calls from this number and answered both times. There was something wrong with the connection, because I could not hear anything. I started answering unknown numbers when my youngest son was in Chicago in the Navy Basic Training. I missed calls from him at first because I didn't answer the numbers that I did not recognize.

This is a number coming from a military satellite phone.  My fiance is underway (not in the Middle East) with the Navy and I just got a call.  Good thing he kept calling all in a row.  I answered the third time.  I was so excited to hear his voice!!!!! :)
