claimed to be collecting a debt from 6 or 7 years ago from Carolina medicare  ambulance service. He said the company was stationed in Greenville SC and he worked for a lawyer named Phillip Cox. He said if I paid the bill today he would cut it in half but after today there would be an additional 1500 dollars added. My phone showed the location of the call to be from Hawaii. This call took place on August 23, 2016

Called a friend of mine looking for me and another mutual friend. The two of us have no connection whatsoever other than friendship with the friend that received the call. Said they were a "investigative agency" or something like that. Were very agressive according to my friend.

Got call today also on a work issued line asking for my wife and for her or her attorney to call within 10 minutes regarding legal paperwork. Phising for info

I had a VM on my cell because this number was already previously blocked at some point. it was a woman named rachel, didnt reference who i was just said to call her back on the number listed on the caller ID. I called it back from a secure blocked landline and i got a VM for a Libby Murray Office. I hung up and called it again so i could make note of what the message was but someone answered and muted
