Not sure what they want but seems to be a scam

they were asking for my niece, said they were Kay Jewlers

The crazy lady from a Honolulu number says she is looking for this person because she is a process server. If someone is a process server they will show up. They do not call. They will show up with paperwork. Check the court record for the family member. It is a obvious scam of fishing for information.
