**SCAM** Home Savings Programs states they will analyze your electricity bill for free. The next step is to offer you home energy upgrades such as solar, windows, insulation, etc. even though they will lie to you upfront and tell you that they are NOT offering solar.  I believe they are Greenspire which has a notorious reputation. Their website is homesavingsprograms.com and their address is on Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, but it is a virtual office space. There are many other businesses and people claiming the same office space for a monthly fee, including Greenspire. (at their web address, click on "Find Us" and scroll down.) This is not a reputable company.
