They are called ARM a collection agency who a company named County Records Research out of Huntington Beach CA sent me to collections for 117.90 which I do not owe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Collection Agency - calling about money I supposedly owe for a newspaper I never subscribed to. Newspaper told me they were delivering to me as a courtesy. When I asked them to stop, I don't want it, they sent me a bill.
