Folks - please do not answer unknown calls - ever.  Never call these criminals back.  Block the number if you can.
We have the entire 805 area code blocked due to numerous criminal calls.  This call was blocked and our phones did not ring.

They just called again.  Note that these scammers also call from various 805 area code numbers, which is why we have blocked the entire 805 area code.
Here are some of their other numbers - 805 396-5263, 805 396-5238, 805 396-5251.
