A 5th unwanted call from this Newbury Park VOIP number arrived today, less than 2 weeks since the last unwanted call on July 6.  Once again, when the answering machine picked up, the caller left no message, just dead space.  Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) do this all the time while trolling the phone lines seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.

Posters report the caller is a scam contractor.  Whether it's solar energy, air duct cleaning, home improvements, HVAC, credit cards, computer repairs, vacation giveaways, or the IRS, A SCAM IS A SCAM IS A SCAM!

I got a call from this # and let it go to the answering machine.  They left no message.  I immediately called back and it rang 10 times with no answer.  I believe it was a call from an over-seas scammer using a local CID.

They just called me and left no message. Caller ID said it was from Newbury Park, California. Yep, sounds like a scammer to me, too.

Another crap call from a-holes! I called it back and noticed that ring tone changed as call re directed! hung up as no answer! CID shows Newbury Park. Call blocked!
