Lady called claiming to be with Direct TV and wanting to offer me channels for free for several months, for being a valued customer.  I asked her if I would need to call back to cancel the channels later and she said I would get emails informing me before they would charge my account. I hung up and looked at the channels she said she was giving me, I immediately called Direct TV to tell them I did not want these channels. They were adult channels. Direct TV said there was no changes to my account and that the 805-256-1462 is not them. Do not pick up!

I called the number, a recording went on to say, "thank you for calling the DirecTV response line." I have DirecTV for cable.

I didn't hang out to see what they wanted. Must be a sales pitch.
