I answered the call and there was only silence, after a few moments of saying "hello" in varying tones, they hung up.

This number called me today at 3:22PM PST. The guy knew my name but I told him he had the wrong number and he hung up immediately. I've been getting a ton of calls from random numbers the last few weeks, I wonder who the heck got a hold of my phone number and put it on a bunch of stupid phone lists! >:(
