my phone rang once from this number, I did not answer it and somebody hung up after the first ring I did not call it back

Received a call on my cell a few minutes ago and didn't pick up, no voice mail left. Called number back using land line and recorded message says something about reward redemption; prompts you to press one to accept their deal or press two to be placed on "Do Not Call" list

Just got a call on my cell phone it rang and then hung up.  My cell has been registered for the "Do Not Call" list.

Phone rang twice, then they hung up.
