called my employer. missed call--no message.

I receive several calls per day from different people stating that they are from the office of Phil Joseph at Trinet.  They use American names, but the callers certainly do not sound American to me.  They may be American citizens, but I admit I do not know that.

I get several calls a day from this number for our HR Department. They have a heavy accent and they always say they are the assistant of Mark Lipscomb. I have asked them at least a dozen times to please stop calling, because we are not interested in their services. They always apologize and say they are putting it in the notes. Obviously they didn't do as I requested. Its starting to get very annoying. Obviously it is some kind of call center. Mark Lipscomb- If you are reading this, I hope you know what damage this company is doing to your office's business. I would suggest you switch to a different, less harassing company.

In the past few weeks, I have been getting calls daily on my direct line from people who are obviously calling from offshore (mostly Indian accents) through a US number.  They never identify themselves...just ask for someone at our parent company.  Most of the people they ask for no longer work here.  I have told them that they are calling my direct line and not the company and to stop calling but all they do is ask for the main number of the company.  I have stopped answering the phone when I see the number on caller ID...if I accidentally pick up, I just say wrong number and hang up.  It is a huge waste of my time~

P.S.  There are calls from other numbers that are exactly the same...foreign accents, asking for people who no longer work for the parent company, etc.  It started about three weeks ago.

2 calls within an hour asking for someone who does not work in the office. Doesn't give a phone number when I ask as "It's always very busy when someone tries to call." First called claimed that his name was "John," but it's an obvious cover name; both callers had very heavy, obvious accents. Both callers got very flustered when I offered to have the person call them back. If they don't stop calling as I've requested, my coworker and I are going to start messing with them.
