Called three nights in a row after 6 pm. They have never left a voicemail. No text message. I have a business Verizon cellular account. They have called our land line on previous occasion regarding a bill. Not sure it's them.

I believe this is Verizon Wireless.
Since they're THE phone company... they should assign a caller ID name to populate when they call... because I do NOT answer unfamiliar phone numbers.

Newman on 1/7/17 said it all...I totally agree! I do not answer unfamiliar phone numbers, a voicemail was left stating the call came from Verizon wireless, I will not return the call because ANY reputable company SHOULD have a caller ID name populate, and I protest this not being the case if it is Verizon wireless!

Said Richmond, VA, and I have no connection with that city and haven't had a Verizon account in a while, so I declined their call and immediately blocked them. Despise these scammers.
