Called cell this afternoon while phone was off but left no message.  Either a wrong number or spammer/scammer.  Suspect scammer as this number is VERY similar to a call I received LAST Monday from 804-564-8854.  In any case, they're both blocked.  If someone doesn't leave a message the first time, they're immediately blocked.  I don't give out my cell # to anyone except family and friends - not on forms, nothing.  Have a landline just for that purpose so I know that anyone that calls my cell that's not in my contacts is no one I want to speak to!
