Just got a duplicate message - same as from 207-710-0717.  Stating from proecess and summons division and that 2 charges against me and my SSN in my county regarding fraudulent activity.  Telling me to call back and gave me a case #.  Is this legit or a scam?

It sounds like the usual intimidation ploy used by fraudulent & bogus debt collectors. If you speak with them  again, DEMAND written, verifiable proof of their claim be mailed to you. NOT e-mail or fax. As per federal law under the FDCPA. If they refuse, or make excuses, they've proven themselves to be frauds.
Give them NO information whatsoever. If they're legit. you'll get a notice of validation by mail.

I received a message this morning, on my job pertaining to the exact message given to Jones. Unreal.

Someone from this number 804-482-4030 called my office today.  I was at lunch so it rolled over and a co-worker answered.  He said it was a robot type call spelling my name out and said they were going to serve me with papers and left a case number if I didn't respond quickly.  When I returned from lunch the co-worker realized it was a fraudulent call he had researched the number and said he had received similiar calls at home like that and wanted me to be aware they are frauds.  These people are crazy life is hard enough right now trying to make ends meet on cut salaries or having to take low paying jobs because the company you use to work for shut down. I'm glad my co-worker was smart enough to know these people are frauds.  Someone needs to lock these peopleup.
