Some bozo just called my home from this number and said nothing since I said nothing, he/she/it just hung up.  Previous (and numerous) calls from this 804-381 zone were supposedly from the RNC GOP or other superfluous organization (doubt seriously if they were from the real deal).  Anyway, blocking this number too.
