Comcast rep wants to retain customers who've dropped service for Verizon.

comcast calling me too. I would NEVER go back to comcast. I am a happy VERIZON customer. No, they're not the cheapest, but definitely the BEST, I felt like throwing a party when I left comcast (the arm pits of the telecom industry). I HATE comcast!

Comcast called. They are a joke. I left them and would not go back. Customer service - what customer service? They don't know the meaning of customer service. They are Rude, Mean, Threatening, Hanging up on you for complaining. Oh no, never again.

These people are aggressive. Keeps calling even if we do not pick up the phone. Agree with all, Comcast is a joke. We have this company in Naples Fl since there is no Verizon and I tell you, the service stinks, techs are so incompetent.  When we get back to FL, I will actually hire one of the Geek squad to undo what the tech did to my entertainment system the last time Comcast tried to fix their cable service

The real joke here is the Comcast representative in Ashland, VA, do not realize that I am a Comcast customer and have been since 1987. As an ISP, Comcast is acceptable. Customer Service sucks because Comcast hires so many Indians and Hispanics who speak poor England, do understand American culture, and have no clue how the cable industry works. Comcast does one thing extremely well: bills!! Verizon is an arrogant and bullying company, but look at its predecessor (Chesapeake & Ohio Telephone Co., a monopoly).
