Called house phone. Did not answer, did not recognize number, Mattaponi, VA?  Answering machine licked in and caller left no message. Now blocked.

called, and I answered (without saying a word).  after 30 seconds of silence, the female voice (unsure if it was a recording or someone was reading a script) said this was a survey and no selling would be involved.  1st question: are we registered to vote? yes or no.  I responded by pressing "1".  2nd question asked to press a # based on age.  I did not respond.  After 10 seconds, next question asked ETHNICITY.  I did not press any buttons.  20 seconds of silence after the question was asked, and the caller hung up.
