Called, left no message. Don't know anyone in area code 804

Caller ID shows from Childfund which is a legit organization in Richmond, Va but I believe calls from this number and 804-495-8996 and other numbers they use are a scam.  Childfund has never called like this.

I have been getting calls from this and other 804 numbers for several weeks. I never pick up and they never leave a message. Please know that I have been a Childfund contributor for over ten years and they have never initiated contact with me by phone; not once.

I agree with prior posters.  I have a long relationship with Childfund and have never received calls from them.  This number has been calling nearly every day for three or four months.  They never leave a message and I will not answer.

Relentless calls from these people!!  My wife sends them money every month, and they still call and send mail regularly begging for more!.......
