This number calls almost every day around 6-7pm. Don't answer but shows up in Caller ID as Petersburg, VA; verified as a landline in that area (but who knows).

I asked for their mailing address and they hung up

I made the mistake of answering.  "This is mumble mumble calling from mumble mumble" to tell me that the warranty on my car (named the year, make and model) had expired (it hasn't).  I didn't say anything beyond "hello" and he just kept talking.  Lots of mumbling but I heard my address (house number and street name).  I let him talk until he realized I wasn't going to respond and he hung up.
