Received a call they received an account in office today with my name and SS# and I need to call back or they will proceed with fraud charges. The number came up unknown but they told me to call 804-200-7300

My elderly mother received a phone call from caller id: unknown, said they were trying to reach me regarding a case they just received in their office and I would need to call back 804-200-7300. My work received same call but asked me to call back 855-241-9672. I reported to Federal Trade Commision.

This number calls me all hours of day and night almost every day. My credit is great, so I have no idea why they are calling. They always hang up and never leave a message.
