got a call, left no message blocked

Called me two times in the past 3 days. 1st VM said hello, then cut out. 2nd message said hello, then talking and cursing with someone about scratching and having fleas. Really odd, probably a pocket dial. I'm guessing spam calls or something.

Did you have an issue with Marcos in Charleston area?  I think that is the owner's # (well, office #).

This number calls on a daily basis. Usually don't answer it and they don't leave a message. This time I answered it and a male was talking about my electric company having special system if I qualify. I told him don't call again and take me off their calling list and I hung up. I dialed the number back and it said it was no longer in service or has been disconnected!!
