Leaves a robo-message claiming to be "from IRS." Says an arrest warrant has been issued for me and that I am being monitored. Wants a call back.

The only good part about this particular call was that it failed to disconnect properly, so their line was tied up for about five minutes, during which they were unable to use it to try to scam anyone else.

Listed as a prank call because "scam" is not an option.
