Recorded call says the IRS has issued an arrest warrant for me. I hung up

Rcvd call, unknown SC area code #, didn't answer, but left a "robo" msg stating IRS had issued a warrant for my arrest & I needed to call them asap.WOW can't believe these @$$holes are now leaving threading msg's - WTF!!! It's a spam call. FCC saying they're going to crack down on these calls - let's hope they do!!! Plan to rpt this to FCC.

called and left garbled message about legal matter and physical property--scam

Left a message stating they were the IRS and there was a warrant for my arrest.  I blocked my number and called back, they said no they weren't the IRS and starting talking and advertising about sex.
