Got a call, a breathy "Hey," and then a hang up.  Weird?

I have rec'd two calls from this number. I was not home but found them on my caller id as being from "Palmetto Health Richland." When I called it, a recording states "This Palmetto Health Richland # is no longer in service." It obviously is in service. An operator told me that this # is a public access # inside Palmetto Richland Hospital (in Columbia, SC), and this type of phone is programmed to state this. It could be being used by anyone...maybe a psychiatric patient!

This number called me and did not leave a message. I called the number back and received the same message from Palmetto Health Richland.

Got a call from that # too here in DC

Yes, I work for PalmettoHealth Corporate office, and I get this number on my home phone id. I was told by IT support that this number could be anywhere in the Richland campus for phones that are not assigned to a person. It could be a lounge phone. Please disregard this call unless you are expecting a call from someone you know that maybe visiting Palmetto Health Richland.
