Computer generated voice stating arrest warrant going out due to IRS fraud. Left number. When we called back, they sounded like telemarketers and wanted a name. We told them we would call the IRS directly to figure this out and they abruptly hung up.

left message stating the IRS was issuing an arrest warrant for fraud against them. Computer generated voice. I received a very similar call within the hour before with the same results.
