Yes it is an extortion scam being run on or by that site.  There are numerous number threads here with the same story.  Make a police report to your local PD.  If the calls come from South Carolina, which seems to be popular with these extortionists, make a report there as well.

Had this guy text me from this number gave me story about his daughter in hospital after found on floor . Wants me to pay doctor bill of 1800 dollars or his wife will turn me over to cops. Wants the money western unioned.
