Got a call from this # telling me it was my final notice to call them back because the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.

Received a phone call showing unknown number/ name not available on caller ID. It was an automated message stating it was the IRS making a final call and stated they were filing a lawsuit against me. They told me to call their department at 803-335-2106. I have heard that the IRS will not contact people by phone. They use mail.

I received a call from 1-972-453-9824 with an automated message stating it was the IRS making a attempt to contact me and stated they were filing a lawsuit against me unless I called 803-335-2106. The IRS will contact you by mail and if they call they will adentify themselves and provide you with verifiable ID. I reported this scam to the IRS @ www.TIGTA.gov. Hit the Red scam button and fill out and submit the popup form.

Received call from 845-928-1836 - recorded message saying final call from IRS they are taking legal action against me. Instructed to call 803 335 2106. 2/19/2015 @ 9:02 am. Ignored.

Received a phone calling stating it was my final call from the IRS, they were filing a lawsuit against me. I ignored it. The IRS notifies you by mail not by phone. Do not fall for this. It is a scam.
