Just got the same call. Richard's bride/feminine name is Rachel, fiance is Kevin Williams, will be at a cross dress convention and he is going to be the bride. Also same story about flower girl at 7 and "money is no object". He didn't throw in anything about panties or weirdness, just gave him a list of details he needed to work out and email me.
