I missed a call from this number and when I called back it said that the number I called can not be completed at this time.

I got called from the same number, and it was a recording from some guy stating that the warranty coverage on my vehicle is about to expire, but I can prevent this expiration by talking to one of their reps.  Said to press 1 to talk to their reps.  I don't have a vehicle, but I pressed 1 anyway, to try to figure out who this caller was, and got redirected to a ringing tone, but nobody picked up.

Tried calling back a couple of times - apparently you get one of three or four different error messages each time.

I also got a call from this number selling extended warranties.

Same thing.
