Received same call from local number. Claimed to be working for card member services and/or with credit agency, and could offer lower interest rate. Asked for credit card expiration date, account number, social, etc. Claimed to already have this info, just needed to verify. When I said I was uncomfortable sharing this, insisted he was not some third party trying to sell me anything. After I hung up, he called me back, asking why I hung up, this time from an unknown number. Just to be safe, I immediately reported my credit card lost/stolen to my bank, and requested new account number.

Scam. Automated message telling me they have tried multiple times to contact me regarding lowering interest rates on an unspecified credit card. Hit option #2 to let the deal expire, and the message just repeated. Tried again to hit option #2 to let the "deal" expire and it repeated once again. Added to blocked number list.

Recieved an automated call from this number claiming multiple attempts at contacting me about lowering my rate on an unspecified credit card. Only picked up since it came from a local number. Definately a scam.

Credit card scam to try and get your card information to lower interest rates, called me, answered as a local due to current dealings with real people. When I said I wasn't interested I heard I was dropped from the conference call.
