I did not answer. ...daughter said scam

Saw caller id on phone, did not recognize, did not answer.  Added to block call list.

802-425-8455 keps calling my cell phone and when I answer, I cannot understand them..If you do not answer they keep calling back but leave no message

I don't answer calls I don't know. And I look it up or call it back and typically it doesn't lead anywhere and my cell provides call blocking and I block those calls and never hear from the or at least not know if I did

I normally don't answer numbers I don't know but I was expecting a call from someone and thought this was them.  Unfortunately, all it was was Rachel from cardholder services telling me to press "1" if I want to lower my interest rate.  Intrigued (because I do not even own one credit card!), I pressed the button and was immediately connected with someone named Frank.  He asked me if I was responding to the lower interest rates.  I said Yes, but I am curious as to how they got my number because I don't even own..." He immediately hung up before I could finish my sentence!

These credit card scammers can be sssooooo rude!
