No messages left.  No one would answer when call picked up.

Got call on doing a local research on neighborhood about using phone.

Received 10 calls in past week.  All were hang-up.  

Found that the person in charge is James Dayton - Senior Vice President.  Check Google for how ORC Macro ran a test campaign on cell phones and made over 2000 illegal calls (prohibited by TCPA).  They even bragged about it and published a paper on it.  

James Dayton can be contacted at 1-802-863-9600 then find extension by last name.  Forget trying to contact their call center.  All calls to "supervisor" go not answered.  James Dayton is definitely in-charge and should hear the complaints directly.  e-mail is James.J.Dayton@orcmacro.com

According to James Dayton, ORC Macro protocol is to call each number up to 15 times.  They claim immunity from TCPA as a "survey company".    Anyone hear word "Harassment"?   Where are the FCC and other regulators - asleep ?

I have gotten several calls from this number on my cell phone but I never answered them. The phone is on the national do not call list.

I answered by mistake the first time, told them it was a cell phone and that I do not complete surveys on my cell, and asked them not to call again. Since then I have had numerous calls which I have not answered- some whilst I was out of the country, which arrived in the middle of the night.  I plan to e-mail a complaint to ORC Macro, and I have put my cell on the do not call register. Once I am back in the US if they call again, they will get a very rude reply.
